Welcome to ATHL8! We are ATHL8 BV, also known as "ATHL8" or “athl8”.

We at ATHL8  hope that you enjoy shopping with us, whether it is online via our webshop athl8.com or in one of our physical (partner) stores. We try to make your shopping experience as easy as possible and that is why we have some terms and conditions ("Terms") that apply to your order.

Please note that these Terms and Conditions apply to consumers. If you are not a consumer, but are interested in working with us, please contact us using the contact details below

ATHL8 is a private limited liability company incorporated in the Netherlands. You can find the full collection in our webshop and in our physical (partner) stores.

2. Offer and agreement


  1. When you purchase an item from ATHL8 online via the webshop or in the store, you enter into an agreement with ATHL8. These Terms and Conditions apply to all your online orders and purchases.
  2. We ensure that these Terms and Conditions are easily accessible at the time you order and at any time thereafter. You can read, reread or download the then applicable and most recent version of the Terms and Conditions via our website.
  3. To prevent incorrect delivery after your order, we request that you provide us with the correct information and contact details. We store your information securely and process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.
  4. An agreement resulting from an offer that contains an obvious mistake and/or error, such as an unusually low price, is not binding on ATHL8. Please contact ATHL8 if you have any doubts about the validity of an offer.


3. Price and payment


  1. The price in the webshop is the total price including VAT. The shipping costs are stated separately, if applicable.
  2. You can pay for your order using one of the payment methods available in the ATHL8 webshop.
  3. If the delivery address is outside the European Union, additional taxes may apply. It is possible that the country in question charges additional levies, such as import tax. ATHL8 has no influence or control over such levies and can therefore not provide you with further information. Any import duties and taxes are your sole responsibility as a customer and may have to be paid at the time of delivery. These additional costs are for your own account. You must check yourself whether the ordered items can be exported and imported to the country in question and what the costs are, before placing such an order.
  4. The ATHL8 gift vouchers can be used both in the webshop and in the physical (partner) store.


4. Delivery


  1. ATHL8 strives to process and deliver your order as easily and quickly as possible. We ensure that the products are shipped accurately. If you unexpectedly receive incomplete or damaged products, please let us know as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours after receipt of the products, and we will take care of the rest.
  2. Orders are shipped to the delivery address you specified and via the delivery method you have chosen. For shipping costs to your country, please refer to the FAQ on our website.
  3. In the event that an incorrect address is specified, the costs for the lost product are at your own expense.


5. Quality, legal guarantee and complaints


  1. ATHL8 strives to display products on its website as completely and accurately as possible. The nature of the products offered may lead to differences (such as colour differences) between the display of products on the website and the product delivered to you. Does the product seem different than expected? Together with the 14-day reflection period, we offer you a return period of 30 days. Would you like to try out our products before ordering? Then visit one of our physical (partner) stores.
  2. The products we offer are of course subject to wear and tear. The lifespan of a product also depends on the material of the product, the intensity of use and the level of maintenance. ATHL8 products are made of the highest quality materials as stated in the webshop. ATHL8 stands for quality with normal use. However, for an optimal lifespan and quality, it is important to follow the washing instructions. If you nevertheless think that there is something wrong with your product, please let us know your complaint (by telephone, e-mail or by post). 
  3. If you have discussed your complaint with us but would like to submit your complaint to another body, you can contact the Dispute Resolution Commission via the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.


6. Right of withdrawal


  1. According to the law, you have a period of 14 days after receipt of the product to withdraw from your contract with ATHL8, without giving any reason
  2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by sending us an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can also simply use our return portal or you can use the enclosed model withdrawal form / a completed model withdrawal form. It is also possible to withdraw from the contract in part. In order to meet the deadline of the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you give your notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
  3. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery.
  4. After termination of the agreement, you must return the product as soon as possible, but no later than 100 days after receipt of all products in your order, to the address of ATHL8 as stated on the shipping label you receive via our customised returns portal or via email.
  5. You can try out our products to the extent necessary to make a purchase, as you would in a real store. Make sure that the tags are still attached and that the original packaging is undamaged when returning. For products that are incomplete, damaged or washed, where the labels have been removed or that show other signs of wear, ATHL8 will have to deduct this reduction in value from the total amount that is refunded to you. Only ATHL8 is entitled to determine the reduction in value.
  6. ATHL8 will refund the amount paid, including shipping costs, within 14 days of receipt of the returned product(s). In the event of a partial cancellation, we will only refund the costs of the returned product. We will refund you using the same payment method with which you made the original payment.
  7. Return costs within the Netherlands and Belgium are free of charge via the shipping label that you receive from us. If you choose a different, more expensive option for returning than the standard delivery method of ATHL8, these additional costs will not be reimbursed.


7. Returns Policy


  1. We want you to have the best shopping experience with us, which is why we have a 30-day returns policy. You can use our custom returns portal to register your return and we will provide the shipping label. It is also possible to return part of the order.
  2. Please return the product as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after receiving all products in your order, to the address of ATHL8 as stated on the shipping label that you receive via our custom returns portal or via email.
  3. You can try out our products to the extent necessary to make a purchase, as you would in a real store. Make sure that the tags are still attached and that the original packaging is undamaged when returning. For products that are incomplete, damaged, washed, with tags removed or that show other signs of wear, ATHL8 will have to deduct this depreciation from the total amount to be refunded to you. Only ATHL8 is entitled to determine the depreciation.
  4. The return policy does not apply to goods that are also excluded from the right of withdrawal, such as sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have not been sealed after delivery.
  5. ATHL8 will refund the amount paid, including shipping costs, within 14 days of receipt of the returned product(s). In the case of a partial return, we will only reimburse the costs of the returned product. We will refund you using the same payment method as you used to make the original payment.
  6. Return costs within the Netherlands and Belgium are free of charge via the shipping label that you receive from us. If you choose a different, more expensive option for returning than the standard delivery method of ATHL8, these additional costs will not be reimbursed.


8. Returns Policy


  1. ATHL8 owns all intellectual property rights relating to the brand, products and website including all promotional materials such as videos and photography.


9. Changes


  1. Changes to these Terms will be published on the website. You are advised to read these Terms carefully when ordering from us. These Terms were last changed on May 9, 2025.


10. Applicable law


  1. These Terms and the agreement between you and ATHL8 are governed by Dutch law. In the event of a conflict, the Amsterdam District Court will decide on the matter; without prejudice to your rights as a consumer that you have according to the country in which you reside.
